Food Feelings Week 2

Have I met my eating goals for this week?
  Sorta. I mean... its really close to halloween. There is sugar everywhere.
 I was able to refrain from all meats though. And I didn't over indulge in sugar or soda.
 And I did maintain the amount of grain I was taking in, and I ate a lot of fruits and
veggetables.

Will I be making any changes for next week?
   The only thing I hope that will be different is the amount of sugar that is around.

What will I do differently to help myself reach the goals I have set?
    Nothing. What I am doing now, is working.
