Food Feelings; Week 1

Have I met my food-eating goals for the week?
    Not completly. The only thing that I wasnt really able to fully do was to eat more fruits and veggies. For the first part of the week, myself and my family was out of town, making it hard to eat really healthy, although I did try.


Will you be making any changes for next week?
     The only change that I would make, is to be sure I write down what I am eating.


What will you do differently to help you meet your goals?
    Like I said above, to write down what i am eating, and really think if I should be intaking it.
