Weight.
I weigh a lovely 107 pounds.
For myself, I feel and I hope that during this school year that I will be able to lose some of my weight.
Presidential Fitness Test
Curl-up
In this test I was supposed to take one minute and see how well I could do. I was able to complete 17 curl-ups after the timer was completed.
Shuttle run;
In this part, I crossed the 'finish line', as I picked up objects and moved them to the other side of the finish line.
Endurance run/walk
In this part of the test, I ran a mile. I started with a slow jog, and I began to go a little faster, and paced myself for the rest of the mile.
Pull ups
In this part of the test, I was not able to access any bar. But from precious practices, I have been able to do 13 pull-ups.
V-sit reach
In this part of the test, I was able to reach to 26 inches as my legs were straight.
In this test I think that the running was the easiest to do. I love to run. It helps me think.
For me, I would really like to improve on the V-sit reach, and the pull ups.
Something small that I could start to do now? Get my mind set on what things I want to accomplish. And set goals to complete them.
Also, I can continue to work on my yoga, so my body will have a chance to flex itself.
